Anything to do with the movie "Enchanted"? My girls are in love with that movie!!

i have gotta say, i was always bummed at how short she was out for and even how it was just for parade...
If I remeber right the reason why both WDW & DLR didn't get a meet and greet with her is because the actress who played her in the movies put in a contract saying that she didn't want her like ness at the parks or if Disney did so she would have sue them for her likeness. I've read this from other web sites about a year ago I believe. So that is why there was only the per-parade for both WDW & Disneyland.
i have heard that, also someone told me that her dress was WAAYY too big and puffy so giving kids hugs would be a bit challenging, i could believe that as well
We saw her in the parade when we were there and the dress was very foofy!
I have to say I was very disappointed in how very little Disney did with her. She had rock star potential and they blew it off like it was nothing. Very sad.
They may not have had a choice though.
I have always found it unusual as to which characters are "pushed" more than others. From my understanding they got a lot, and I mean a lot of requests for her, so I would imagine the story about not being legally able to put her out has merit.
That Really Stinks!!! I know all of my girls LOVE her! And the Movie is SO cute!
My girls are going to the Biddbi Bobbidi Boutique and were talking about wanting to get her dress if they have it.... :(
I guess it probably would be TOO Foofy for them.
I don't think that's totally true.
I think it's only because of her dress because so big and the fact that they didn't make any duplicates of it, thus making the costume even more highly valuable and irreplaceable, especially if something were to happen to it to ruin it (liquid getting spilled all over it, little kids putting constantly putting their often-grubby little hands all over it and making it dirty, etc.).
They could've put her in one of the other dresses she wore in the movie... my favorite of course being the blue curtains :princess:
Well Disney dosen't want the Princess to have the same color dress as the others. That is why they had to change Aurora's blue dress into Pink and why they have Ariel in the teal color and not in her pink. People would get them mix up for others. Which to me dosen't make sends. I can tell Aurora apart from Cinderella and so on.
