Nope :(
:welcome: to Intercot!!
Actually, they will let you do that briefly before it opens for lunch. Sometimes not the whole place, but they'll let you see at least the ballroom before 10:30. Once meals start, though, you have to be eating there to go in.
Oh thanks, it's just the menus don't look all that appetizing to my family haha, but thanks for y'all's help:mickey:
They quit letting people in early...three reasons
1. People standing in line start asking complaining why do some people get to go in without standing in line...oh they are just looking...
2. Not enough cast members to escort them ONLY to the ballroom, and escort them OUT..remember they are working the lunch crowd, not crowd control.
3. people took advantage as #2, and they snuck into the food line...very boldly in front of the same people who had already complained about people going in early, to be told they just wanted to look...AND now are standing in the food line AHEAD of them...
Bad form...food is a little more pricy, but worth the venue!
We didn't think that we would care for the food either...but were surprised at how much we enjoyed our lunch at BOG. It was well worth the wait in line, which actually went much quicker than we thought it would. We will be eating here again in September when we visit.
Thanks for the update. I knew people were going in early the first week of February, last time I was there. They stopped that promptly at 10:30 or slightly before when they began lunch service. They made sure to clear the entire restaurant and the "lookers" were kept on the other side of the rope so they didn't have the chance to get into line. Didn't look like it was a big deal. Things might have changed with the more crowded spring break season.
Thanks for the help Pirate_Granny and E-OR
I'm glad someone corrected that because that would've been awkward for me to walk up and expect to go in haha
I guess I'll just go into eat I'm sure the food isn't that bad loll
Hey, on any given day you never know...it sure doesn't hurt to ask!
I will probably do that too haha I really want to see the inside loll
For dinner they specifically mentioned we were free to walk around and check out the other rooms. Everyone seemed to be doing it.
can you go just for cupcakes or soup? My DD would like to go but seems to be allergic to most of the menu.
I don't think that my kids would care for the menu either. I guess we'll have to plan an afternoon snack break there for cupcakes.
I had lunch there with one of my daughters and she LOVED the food...of course she was 24! LOL! :D
Looking forward to our October trip. We just got all our reservations this morning. I was so happy to get in at "Be Our Guest" restaurant for dinner. I hear it's hard to get into. The menu looks good. Will have to post my comments after the trip.:pixie::tink:
