:minnie::mickey3: I have not been to the Festival of the Arts, but started to watch vlogs to get an idea of what it's about. It was said in one of the vlogs that when there is something like this going on at EPCOT, the characters don't come out like usual. Are the performances and character meets changed during extra events such as this?
