Always love to see what Disney comes up with!! I am sure that it will be great!!
So far, every review has been positive... Hopefully Disney has a winner here...
Thanks for the review Jessica! By the way, my niece and I will be in MK for EMH on Sun. June 15, and plan on stopping by and saying hello so we can put a face to your posts. Will you be working then? :mickey:
Sounds like fun, I can't wait to check it out this fall. Thanks for your review.
Here it is, an on-ride video of the new Toy Story Mania attraction, and I have to say it looks like a lot of fun. My September trip to WDW can't come soon enough.
Watch it HERE!
Wow! I'm impressed. It appears that there is a great deal of theming and details, plus the nature of the ride encourages people to ride it multiple times on a visit to the park. I think DHS has a winner on its hands just from looking at the video and that's without any of the 3-D effects. I'm so glad that DHS now has a brand new ride that can be fun for the entire family. I don't have anything against shows, but that's a park that has more than enough shows and was in desperate need of another ride. I'm really looking forward to experiencing it for myself.
Looks like a lot of fun ! :D
I'm looking forward to trying it out. I don't expect that I'll be through the roof about it or anything, but DHS has so little to do that anything would be a welcome addition at this point.
Honestly, this ride sorta sounds like they took the old Pirates of the Caribbean attraction from Disney Quest, blended it with Buzz Lightyear, and turned it loose.
Interesting, but nothing new really. I'm sure it will be a once-or-twice-a-trip kinda thing for me.
Hey Jessica, I know you mentioned stairs. Did you see anything about handicapped entrances or loading. Thanks
The Rope pull worries me since I have Tendonitis in my right hand and I can't imagine how miserable I would be if it ever flared up at the parks :( I have read other reports saying that after 2 rides people were complaing their arm or hand hurt.
Kyle, there is a handicapped entrance just before the stairs. As for the rope pull, my arm started cramping near the end but I also have carpel tunnel.
If you're looking to find me, I only get my schedule 2 weeks in advance so PM me when it's closer and I can let you know if I am working. I mostly have evening/night shifts.
Rope pull? Do they really expect young kids to be able to do that over and over again?
Sounds like they need to tweak the guns...
Otherwise, looking forward to it. Hopefully I'll "win" a spot for the AP preview at DCA.
ive glanced at some reviews, for the most part positive. I will see it in Sept
although on JimHill he supposedly got a response from WDI about an acoustic complaint. and supposedly the person responded that they arent there to please nitpickers, arent reading the reviews & are there to please families that go once in lifetime or not often. not to please APassholders...ummmmmmmm
if true that may contribute to my decision to take a break from WDW trips after the Sept one
