I know... Shocking, isn't it? LOL...

Haha and don't get me wrong, I enjoy 3D but it seems like everything Universal does these days is 3D.
Honestly, they are doing what they do best... and that is incorporating screen technology into their attractions... I'd prefer they mix it up too, but I'm not as hardened against screens like others in the fan community are... If the attraction knocks my socks off, I don't care if it is an omnimover with AA and sets, or sets with screens... Just give me fun and exciting attractions...
Well, this is something I hear often, but don't get. Universal has (8) 3D attractions between both parks.
Disney has (6) 3D attractions between their parks.
Universal only has two more than Disney (If I counted right )......So why is there such a backlash for the Universal attractions?
This is just a question...not a criticism.
I think it is a percentage question right. Universal has a high percentage of 3d rides. Some of which are very similar (Transformers/Spiderman).
I don't think it's the overall number, but just the most recent additions have mostly been 3D/screen based attractions. HPFJ has the Kuka arm tech but merely scratches the surface of its potential and is heavily screen based instead. Transformers is 3D, Minion Mayhem is 3D, Simpsons is 3D, and I have not been on Gringrots yet (been trying to avoid spoilers before I get a chance to ride it), and now the new Kong Ride will be 3D.
Again, not saying they aren't amazing rides, or that I'm not excited to ride them/already love them, but it's kinda like, ok, how about a little variety? Is it nitpicking? Absolutely haha.
Fallon Over New York, low capacity.... possibly fast pass, or return pass only attraction... in other words, a "queueless attraction"
...That sounds...exciting...
Doesn't it seem odd given the number of international guests to have an attraction based on an American TV show? Not a global brand like Game of Thrones or a franchised show with multiple versions like Millionaire or Pop Idol, but a normal domestic evening show? I mean, many internationals will sort of know who Fallon is but this just seems......bizarre.
All I know is, this sounds worse and worse as "news" leaks... I'll say rumors cause I hope that is all these are, a bunch of misdirections, and something decent goes here... UGH, Jimmy Fallon... talent missed him... Sorry, he just isn't funny in my opinion...
I like Jimmy Fallon. I do think he is funny and he seems to be a nice guy compared to most of the Hollywood Elitist out there....But I am not excited about this rumored attraction. Maybe I have become spoiled by all of the great attractions they have come up with in the last 5 years or so.
Oh we love Fallon. Our favorite part is when he breaks character and starts laughing! It's just part of his charm. He seems like a good, regular guy that you would be friends with. It's nice when the good guy succeeds.
With that being said this replacement doesnt have me excited.
Twister to be completely gutted... Two large theaters to be erected inside... I know some of us are saying we don't like the "news/rumors" of this attraction... But, we are also kind of forgetting this isn't meant to be an E ticket attraction.. This is meant to be filler... C ticket at best...
A glorious 3 hour finale of Jimmy Fallon laughing at his own bits and breaking character.
.
Over the 3D thing at this point.
Doesn't sound like a Soarin ride system after all... A theater in which the seats move, tilt... I guess simulator would be best way to describe it, not Soarin...
I know you've warned this is a C-ticket at best but UGH. At least with the initial rumors of Soarin type, we knew they didn't have a soarin type ride and were adding one so it would be something different. Now, it's really same old same old. Not what we've come to expect from universal.
Still two theaters? I guess I never thought about it, but do they have two theaters for Minions, T3, Shrek, etc?
