Hundred Acre Goods Opens

Pooh Attraction, Shop Reopen at Walt Disney World

If you're visiting Magic Kingdom Park this week, you?ll be the first to see a series of new enhancements to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The changes begin with a re-designed load area and a re-imagined gift shop called Hundred Acre Goods specializing in apparel, toys, plush characters and collectibles featuring Pooh and his friends.

Also this week, the attraction entrance will be temporarily relocated to the FASTPASS return lane while enhancements continue on several interactive elements being added to the queue. And beginning Thanksgiving week, young guests will start their adventure through the Hundred Acre Wood by jumping with Tigger, crawling through Eeyore's house and playing in Rabbit's garden before they board the attraction. And there's more to come, with new elements debuting throughout the next month.

These enhancements will have a temporary impact on FASTPASS distribution which will not be available until the enhanced queue opens. Soon, we'll resume FASTPASS distribution for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh at Mickey?s PhilharMagic where it will remain during Fantasyland's expansion.

Winnie the Pooh had one of the hardest hit stand-by queues when FastPass was implemented because of the way the ride loads. Hopefully this will make that wait more interesting. Also assuming that the "jumping" and "crawling" is optional for those not able or willing to participate.

I would assume the jumping and crawling are off to the side of the main line, sort of like when you wait for Buzz and Woody pictures across from TSM and you can crawl through and walk around props

Seeing a few pictures of the queue behind tarps, it looks great. If the rest of FLE turns out like this, it will be great...

to often I see kids bored out of their minds in line for a ride, while their parents are playing games on their iphones. What's wrong with that picture?

oh and saw pics of the new queue and it looks like fun and very well themed

I was watching the video and kinda see a problem with the tigger spot with the small holes with the springs in them, around the 20 second mark. I can see kids/people getting hurt twisting an ankle hitting the hole wrong maybe and lots of falling down.
