Are you able to use Disney gift cards anywhere (besides, I assume, kiosks)?
Giving my kids gift cards as gifts and want to make sure they can use at restaurants (at the parks and DS), for merchandise and even at the resorts. Maybe there's a list that states where gift cards can be used that would help me?

Disney gift cards can be used all over Disney property. There are some stores in Disney Springs that won't take them. I have used them at the kiosks at Epcot with no problem
Yes, Disney Gift cards are used at 95%+ of places at Disney. There are some places in Disney Springs that don't take them, but those are clearly non-Disney stores.
Many kiosks will take them as well, as long as they have connectivity to process credit/debit type payments, they will also take GC's. I think the only place I've had an issue recently is with the balloon sellers on Main Street.
