Lactose free treat recommendations?

We’ve had some adventures since moving to FL and getting passes.
We love snacking around the parks and pin trading .. but it seems a lot of the treats are loaded with dairy. Especially the character themed limited time sweets. (Still sad about not being able to try the Hei Hei ice cream or dole whip anything) . We especially love the random character based treats and mostly do quickservice snacking. Sometimes a tiny little bit of cheese or whipped cream won’t kill us, but no one wants to be in pain at the parks.
Would love your recommendations on getting dairy free treats throughout all of the parks!

Supposedly the pineapple dole whip is lactose free. But, who knows. Have to use pineapple ice cream.
But lactose myself, I avoid it. But that is what I've heard.

These days they put cheese on everything. Its kinda tough at wdw.

If you google "lactose free snacks at Disney World" you may also find some additional options.

If not, I highly recommend the head over by POTC.
