I just read someplace else that Spaceship Earth will be going down starting May 26 to start implementing a new vision. It doesn't say how long it'll be down though.
Anyone on here heard this, or know how long it will be down?

We have heard it could be closed for a year
I wonder if it will include Star Wars or Marvel characters. :yoda:
The Spaceship Earth CMs I've talked to have been pretty consistent that they're being told ~2 years or more.Quote:

I was under the impression it's down for a very lengthy refurb, as people have said 1-2 years.
We are due to visit in April/May so it works well for us, we get a chance for a last ride before the refurb. I was expecting it to close in February and/or when Test Track reopened so we would have one or the other.
We're planning on visiting in November... but with the Coronavirus delay, I'm wondering if Spaceship Earth's refurb will be delayed. It's my lovely bride's favorite at Epcot, so... ?
