Disneyland Resort Completes Gateway Expansion Project

With the opening of the Magic Way pedestrian bridge, the Disneyland resort has completed their project to enhance arrivals:

Guests may now choose to ride a resort tram from the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures, or stroll across the 174-foot-long bridge for a short walk through Downtown Disney District to reach the Main Entrance esplanade. Digital signage on each side of the bridge will help drivers navigate around the resort.

Guests have been enjoying the big transformation, including the new, shaded outdoor entry plaza, as well as the new tram loading area inside the parking structure.

In June, Pixar Pals parking structure opened, adding more than 5,000 parking spaces. These parking and transportation enhancements are helping to enhance the overall guest experience at the Disneyland Resort
