And they were awesome about it ... our tickets were old, so they eventually gave up trying to "upgrade" them, and sold us new tickets, minus the current 1 day, 1 park price.
Do you mean you did that before you entered the park? Or did you do what I want to do, which is use the ticket for one day and upgrade before leaving the park? I think there's a difference. What I want to do is try to do both parks in one day, but if that doesn't work out, I want to be able to add a day.Quote:

it is possible maybe it was less days with 14 days to use them, i really am not 100% sure. I do know we went into customer service, handed them the note that said what we should get, paid them a few bucks and walked out with more days.
It also included the water park (wet n wild? at the time) but we didn't make it there.
Im pretty sure it wasn't their annual pass - as the 14 day thing i remember hearing more than once.
Main point is.. yes, you can upgrade and they make it really easy for you.
Also, worth mentioning that we did the upgrade on our 3rd day there and was in June of 2016.
