Your favorite spot
I was practicing this grounding exercise at work where you imagine you are in your favorite place. My mind went to a spot just outside of Pecos Bill's where you can see and hear Splash Mountain and know Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is just around the corner to the right. Pirates of the Caribbean is to the left. I could imagine hearing the woosh of the water and screams of the people dropping into the Briar Patch.
What spot in Disney World would you guys pick?

The porch with the two rocking chairs just outside the exit of Hall of Presidents. A great place to watch the parade (if you are lucky enough!).

Like Celakip, in a rocking chair but outside Tony's on Main Street. I'll usually sit there at least 30-45 minutes every visit. It's great fun and very relaxing just watching people and families coming and going. Plus the guest interactions with CMs. It's just a great way to catch your breath before getting back on the bus, boat or monorail back to your resort.

OOOOO ... this is tough! Can I choose sitting on the People Mover, going around and around the sites of Magic Kingdom?

In the MK, my favorite spot also involves rocking chairs-in Frontierland, as you come thru the walkway from Adventureland where Country Bear Jamboree is on the left, there's an elevated wooden walkway on the right with 2 rocking chairs. The view is partly of the paddle wheel on Tom Sawyer's Island, and there's usually a great egret hanging around begging for food, particularly popcorn.
In DAK, I love any to the benches along the walkway around the Tree of Life that starts just past Pizzafari and comes out by where Russel and Doug from "Up1" usually are.

I had no idea that there were so many rocking chairs around. I only know of the ones at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Ibelieveindisneymagic, you can choose whichever spot you want. These are all great suggestions. I'm using them to relax after a rough night at work.
