i just joined DVC at AKL this year but rented points before at AKL. In May 2020 i will be at a studio for 4 nights and club level 1 night at Jambo. im not sure of the views, hopefully no parking lot or pool views. i liked club level the one night i did it before. any recent reviews
When you make a room reservation with DVC points at AKL, you actually would have picked the view of your studio room with your reservation - either savanna, standard (probably the pool view), or value (parking lot view).
As for your night in the Club Level room, most (but not all) of those rooms are savanna view. While we love AKL Club Level, the DVC CL rooms do not necessarily have the best of views outside their windows. But any chance we get to reserve a Club Level room (they are extremely difficult to get with DVC points), we do it - love the lounge and love the view of the Jambo House lobby.

Once I got a value studio overlooking the sunset savannah-some value studios are savannah view-and I loved it. Value studios in DVC are all about the size of the room.
That's good to know! Thanks. The one time we stayed value, it was definitely a view of the parking lot - I made a bad assumption!
well lets hope for savannah.. i liked the 2 times i rented points and got a view of giraffes etc
