Plans for Villain Edition of World of Color Leaked
In probably the oddest way for Disney theme park plans to be leaked, Bobcat Goldthwait has leaked plans for a Villain Edition of World of Color by publicly asking for his voice acting contribution to be removed from yet-to-debut show:

It is expected that the show would be a Halloweentime version of the popular nighttime Disney California Adventure show. As the show is currently expected to be dark through 'Late 2018', it is expected that the planned show is for the 2019 Halloweentime event.
