I was there on 3/15 (EPCOT by day and MK at night)... definitely packed in. The line for the Peoplemover wrapped part way around the Orbiter. Space Mountain was past that and getting close to Stitch...

One additional treat was that we were at the MK one night and came back again the next morning and there were a ton of fall decorations put up overnight!

We went to 4 parks in 4 days, haven't been for 3 years (kids now 17 and 15). Here are the changes that I saw (and can remember).

3) someone boards while it's being played

just got back... use the "my disney experience" app and you can change them right on your phone. My best advice is to book the most popular rides a few days in advance. We never got onto Toy Story...

The people arguing that the end time on a fastpass should be firm just like rules and don't want to accept the facts that coming back late doesn't cause any extra wait time except for one exception...

We went on Wednesday (4/20) to Epcot and Thursday, 4/21 to DHS and then over to MK. It really was crowded, however we didn't miss any attractions or wait extra long over it.

Went on it yesterday... I did notice that in the big room with the ships battling that it did seem dark with not much going on (on the left side especially just back the main ship).

no live reports yet? I've heard with the late Easter it might not be quite as bad. I've used an iphone app with ride wait times and they don't look terrible (but are they accurate?).

Windsor hills is only about 10 minutes door to door from Dhs. Very close, we've stayed there Twice and it's great. Not great like staying at the Poly, but very low stress and driving on is faster...

MK - Mickey's Philharmagic, when we went on it a few days ago we were centered to the screen and about 8 rows back. I forgot how awesome the 3d effects are from those seats... as did my 10 year old...
