Thanks for sharing! It is good to hear that the caramel shop and the Japan store are open - they are two of my favourite places. But, I'm sorry the crowds felt busy, that must have been so...

This sounds like a fun addition to Disneyland ... and of course Disney wants every chance for people to spend money!
-
There is always a chance. I don't think it would be a common issue, and I doubt it would be a problem.
-
I'm glad you get to to back to Volcano Bay! Sounds like an interesting role, and I agree with you - climbing all of those stairs would get old VERY fast.
-
I would think that Disney will be very cautious in lifting the Covid guidelines. We'll be wearing a mask at Disney longer than in other places I would think. Even as the pandemic moves towards an...

Pre-Covid the "fun" was back. Covid has thrown some wrenches into it (like no running ketchup to other tables) so I've heard it described as a "light" experience.
-
Although anything is possible, and since they made Disney money, anything REALLY is possible, I'd think it will be 2022 before we see a "new" dining plan launched.
-
The have mini-fridges and hair dryers for sure! I *think* they have recently added coffee pots to all rooms ... but I'm not 100% sure on that.
-
Yep, this virus *****! I hope we get to travel this summer, but it isn't likely.
Stay well, make magic at home, and know that we will all be back soon(ish)!
-
I hope you have a great trip! I've never stayed at Saratoga, but have stayed "next door" at Old Key West, and since they moved the bus stop in Disney Springs, I've always been surprised at how long...
-
Yep, no more gift card. I believe they have been replenishing the rooms every other day (like for new towels, taking out the trash), but they don't make beds or "clean".
-
Yes, if you have a confirmed dining reservation you will be allowed in. I've heard about mixed experiences with the mobile order. Sometimes that has been "enough" for access, sometimes not.
If...

I'm glad to see some of the shows and performers return!

My advice: eat anywhere but Tony's, especially if you're hoping for decent pizza.
The pizza is on the thin side, but not a true thin crust. It is more a personal size, may be able to feed two, but...

As a renter, I've only used David's. I also know that there are other options, but they are worth at least checking out.

After all of the things that have been closed at Epcot, I'm looking forward to anything new!
-
I really hope this is as amazing as we're all hoping it will be!
-
I just read that as well: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/en_CA/guest-services/magical-express/
We often drive, but when family members have flown it, it was so easy and convenient. I wonder...

That would be great! So much easier than the alternative. :)
-
Another great day! I love Animal Kingdom at night.
-
I know many people will be sad by this news. We were only ever frustrated by the game, we could never get it to work quite right. Maybe a version will be part of the Play app in the future?
-
I must admit, when we are finally allowed to travel again, I am indeed looking forward to some of those things. The new Ratatouille ride looks fun, we LOVE Gideon's cookies (we once bought a dozen,...
-
Wowzers! I bet it happens far more than we ever hear about.
-
Yep, they finally built a bridge, one that opens out of the way for the barges to get through (apparently that was the reason it took so long to get one built). I can't wait to get to see it for...

I am hopeful as well! Right now, we're booked for an end of August cruise, with some Disney before/after, but I'm thinking an end of August Disney-only trip is a greater possibility. Of course, that...
