It probably is, but intensive doesn't mean all of it. With places like Raglan Road doing well, guaranteed, there will be more.

True...plus, if you really want adult clubs, there is a pretty big city just up the road. Disney is going to provide what the highest percentage of their customers want.

Raglan Road is not one of the clubs that is closing. It is actually one of the clubs of the New Pleasure Island.

One of the assumptions being made here may or may not turn out to be true. Because Disney is not running these clubs anymore doesn't seem to guarantee that there won't be any club type places.
