It's been a little over a month since we've checked in. How is everyone's training going? I'm desperately wanting spring temps so I can get back outside! The gym just doesn't do it for me. :unsure:

Yeah, it could quite possibly be different this year with the addition of new corrals and reduction in corral size.

There are no corral assignments for the 5K and 10K, Justin. Everyone just gets in and goes! :)

5:15am - Meet at the Information Tent in the Epcot Parking Lot for a group photo. Runners should be in the corrals by 5:45am....

Hmmm. Well, I'm guessing we didn't approach this since everyone will likely be in different corrals? And there are SO MANY corrals this year. We can certainly designate a place if there is enough...

Justin, hang in there. I've been nursing my calf the past few months too, and it's definitely a bothersome injury. Ice it and get some compression socks. They help!!!!

I listen to MouseWorldRadio (via their app) on my daily walks. Uninterrupted theme park music, unlike a lot of other Disney park music apps/stations which are full of self promotion/commercials.

Actually, no. I have no great aspirations to being a great runner. I just want to be able to do a 5K here and there without dying. ;) I like the Couch to 5K method, and will stick to that.
