The food sounds great! I can't wait to try some of these...most of these.
Is the cheddar soup the same as what is at Le Cellier?

    Talking Cheddar Cheese Soup

I have never been to Le Cellier but when I was working at Epcot back in 2002 during the Food and Wine festival I used to go to the Canada Kiosk all of the time to get the cheddar cheese soup usually right before I had to go to work I would run to the world showcase and grab some soup and run back up to the front of the park to go to work!! I will be at DW in Oct. for food and wine and I can't wait to stop at the kiosk and get some soup!!

Now that you mention it I wonder why Oklahoma gets a kiosk? I could understand if they just called it Native American but why Oklahoma? It's not the only place that Native Americans settled.

Luck you! I wanted to try Le Cellier. They are completely booked when I'm there.

now i just need a scorecard!
so many things to try. i didnt get to try much 2 yrs ago when i was there.
this is the reason i also didnt take the free dining the last 3 nights of my stay (9/21-9/30) since i figured i could eat at the booths...plus that way i could stay at WL w a little discount instead of rack rate.
anybody want to make recommendations for my eating and drinking there?
btw im skipping Le Cellier this trip so i can eat at other places, although its a fav.

    Default ?? $$ ??

Any idea what the prices of these "samples" are going to run??

Are these "samples" small enough to sample many of them yet not be overly stuffed?

Is this something that you have to plan out over a multitude of days to try as many "samples" as you can??

When you ask for a sample of ..... and .... for example: from Spain....
    Papas con Chorizo
Spicy Calamari Stew with Saffron Rice
Taste of Spain - Olives, Almonds, Chorizo
do you get all 3 on a sample plate for 1 price or do you get to choose a sample of this or that?

This is my first year going to the Wine & Food Festival and I'd really like to plan accordingly so if anyone who has been in the past could please give me (and others I'm sure) some idea other than the $1-$4.50 range sure would help.

Thanks for any help you can give!!

Thanks for the info! Glad I planned for three days of munching--so much to choose from!

As far as the question about Oklahoma--they are celebrating their Centennial this year, so that's why all the hoopla!

I'm thrilled to get this info. Thanks so much. My son was asking me yesterday if I had any news. I just emailed him a copy.
I did see somewhere that Ok had a kiosk and was was related to their centennial.

Oklahoma is celebrating its 100th anniversary of statehood this year (1907-2007). Not sure why they are doing it at WDW, but that's the reason for it.

    1) These are individual menu items.
    2) Each priced separately.
    3) They "might" be able squeeze it on one plate for you.
    4) Menu ranges are from about $4-$6 per item.

Last year, although it started on a Friday, they opened the booths on Thursday for a test run. So you might want to see if they do that again if you don't want your meal at Le Cellier to conflict with the F&W festival.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to run over to Epcot Thursday afternoon and check it out (just in case). Maybe they'll start the around the world on Thursday as well.
