Biergarten and Corel Reef do not have dress codes that I am aware of. As for the steakhouse, I don't think they have a dress code either but I am not sure of this one. Go to Info Central here at Intercot and I am sure you will be able to find some help there.

All 3 of your restaurants are casual- meaning you can wear whatever you wore to the park that day.

Signature Restaurants (like California Grill, Artist Point, Yachtsman's Steakhouse, etc.) have a "resort casual" dress code- which means they prefer men in collared shirts (golf shirts OK) and slacks or dress shorts, and women in slacks or a skirt with a nicer blouse or a dress. No jeans, no tshirts, etc.
But they don't seem to turn anyone away for dress code violations.

Victoria and Albert's (at the Grand Floridian) is the only restaurant which requires men to wear a jacket.
