Default Would I have enough time?

I'm looking at the Keys to the Kingdom tour which has a 9:30 tour. I have an ADR at 8:10 at Cinderella's Royal Table. Would we have enough time to eat and make the tour or is that out of the question? Thanks for the advice.

Do you mean that you have a breakfast ADR at 8:10am? because we went last year and waited a LONG time to get called in, plus waiting to get our photos taken before we were taken upstairs. Although, since your ADR is early, it might not be so bad. But if there is a wait for the photos, plus the character interaction, it might be hard to make it.

You should be okay...the only time we've had long waits for breakfasts ADRs was for the character meal at the GF (1900 Park Fare I believe), for a late breakfast (10am) on New Years Day....your ADR is early and chances are whatever day you go won;t be as busy as Jan 1.

I think you are cutting it a bit close since they suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes before the tour starts. That only gives you an hour for breakfast provided you are actually seated at 8:10. If there is any delay in your seating you risk missing the tour.

My thought is - with what you are pating for the character experience at breakfast, why rush? I would say relax and enjoy it and plan the tour for another day.

I'm not sure you would have enough time. Figure in about an hour for the ADR, that might be cutting it close.

I might call and see if I can get an earlier ADR. Doubtful but worth a try I guess. Does anyone know where you meet to do the Keys to the Kingdom tour? Is it far from CRT? My DH has been wanting to do this tour and I thought, if possible that I'd surprise him with it for our 5th anniversary.

If not it looks like it will be the Behind the Seeds tour.

If the Keys tour starts at 9:30, I think they expect you to check in at 9:00 to select what you want for lunch. Even if you get seated right at 8:10, the castle is far enough away from City hall, so you would really have to rush.

It would be a close call to get there on time.

I think it's cutting it too close. As others have said, you may not be seated at exactly 8:10 and I wouldn't want to rush breakfast at CRT.

I also agree w/ PP-it might be cutting it a little too close. The one time we ate at CRT, we had about a 15 minute wait. That wasn't long, but even 15 min. could cause you to be late.

    Default Well...

IMHO, that would be cutting it very close. Just because your ADR is at 8:10 doesn't mean you will be seated at that time. Also, they ask that you arrive early for the tour, so that puts you cutting it even closer. I would opt for a different day for the tour just to be safe.

I have to agree with JPL... You are cutting it close... Don't assume you will be seated at 8:10... You may be seated later... I took the Keys tour, and you do have to arrive 15-20 minutes prior, because they start the tour right on time.... You have to check in and then you have to choose what you want for lunch... By the way, the tour is awesome... I enjoyed it immensely...

I guess I'll have to pass on this tour this time. We have ADRs for all 3 mornings that we'll be at the MK. Hopefully next time. I'm glad to hear that everyone enjoys this tour.....I'll make sure no ADRs next time so we can do this one.
