MK: Pecos Bill's and/or Columbia Harbor House.
Epcot: Sunshine Season and Kringla (Norway). Oh, and the fish & chips in GB.
    AK: Yak & Yeti
DHS: None. We leave & go to DTD for a break.
DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express-- the Chinois Salad is to die for, and their creme brulee is pretty fab as well.

    And on your trip

My favorite counter service hands down is at Epcot World Showcase at Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the UK section for authentic fish and chips. My family has to go there atleast once every trip. But we usually go around 2 times a trip. Hope you have a magical time!

    My faves are:

    Epcot:
    • Sunshine Seasons
    • Cantina de San Angel
    • Yorkshire County Fish Shop is a bit overrated but I still go once per vacation

    AK:
    • Flame Tree BBQ

    DTD:
    • Wolfgang Puck Express
    • Earl of Sandwich

    MK:
    • We usually always eat at Cosmic Rays but we don't consider it a favorite CS overall

    DHS:
    • Nothing at all

There's still a few CS places we haven't tried yet.

Backlot Express at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I really enjoy the theming and the food has always been good.

Not that I think that any of them are AMAZING but we have our favorites. Casey's is a must do for each trip for the Wishes show. We always eat at Lotus Blossom and the Flame Tree BBQ was great!
Next trip - Sep29-Oct4! Free QS dining at POP. First trip with both kids. (6th total visit)

Many will tell you the CS meals at Disney are poor. Don't believe them - as this thread has demonstrated lots of people are fans of the CS meals - and those ar Epcot and Animal Kingdom are first class IMO.

Not that you're short of opinions but my picks are:

MK- Caseys Corner - for all the reasons already given and more. There's something aesthetically romantic about it that gives a simple hotdog cafe boundless charm.
MK - Columbia Harbor House - The pick of a relatively weak bunch once you get into the "lands".

Epcot - Sunshine Tree - One of Disney's most succesful recent re-jigs, very pleasant for a coffee all the way up to a filling lunch.
Epcot - Tangierine Cafe - The sandwiches have gone up in price but are just soooooooo tasty.

AK - Flame Tree BBQ - Not as good as it used to be but still worth a lunch credit.
AK - Anandapur Local Cafes (also called Yak and Yeti CS on this thread) - The all-round winner as far as I am concerned. Hearty portions of yummy chinese food - the egg rolls are especially delicious and are (would you believe it) quite cheap.

Studios - Um. Er. Hmmmm. Actually, Backlot Express is fine. Ish

EDIT: Forgot DTD - Earl of Sandwich is fantastic.
    I've got a dirty thumb.

    MK
Caseys Corner - You can't beat corndog nuggets on your first night while watching Spectromagic! Throw in a Dole Whip float and its heaven!
    Columbia House Harbor
    Cosmic Rays - Variety!

    Epcot
Sunshine Season - Variety and the butterfinger cheesecake!

    MGM
Pizza Planet - Just because the kids love it. And none of the other CS there are that good either...

    AK
Pizzafari - For some reason, their Chicken Ceasar Salad taste better their then any other that I had on property. And we love their breadsticks.

Wanted to add... Our friend got a Taco Salad at Paco Bills and its was really good. I was surprised by how good it was.

I have also wanted to try Flame Tree. Smells sooooo good. But no one else in my family wants to try it.

I'd have to go with Sunshine Seasons purely for the food. The Salmon and redskin mashed potatoes with steamed carrots is my favorite! It does tend to get really crowded though.
