We have been stuck many times on various rides; we had to be evacuated from TTA it stopped just before the overlook to the lines in Space Mountain. The worst stoppage was on the Land ride in Epcot, during the summer in the greenhouse.

    Default stuck

I have been stuck on splash mountain and the haunted mansion the most times, personally. I have never, however, had to evacuate a ride.

My friends and I got stuck on Big Thunder Mountain about 50 feet from the unloading station...right before you make the turn into the station. Cast Members had to come out and escort us off the ride. We found out from them that their infra-red cameras had detected someone (a fool) had somehow stood up during the ride. Why? Who knows. We were given a free FastPass for any ride in the MK for anytime. We were glad to use them a couple days later in the heat of the day for Space Mountain!

Pirates of the Caribbean near the section where dead men tell no tales, over and over and over......

Also get stuck regularly at Test Track. Oh, and Nemo ride in EPCOT. Drove me nuts because we were there for about 15 minutes while CM's tried to figure out what was wrong.

The first trip I took to WDW after they opened Test Track, I was so excited to go on and experience the ride, especially when you go outside and go really fast. So we get on the ride, our car starts around the indoor track and we stop at the section where they test the anti-lock brakes... then again just before we went into the room where they show what heat can do to a car (thank god we stopped OUTSIDE the room... it was the dead of summer)... then, it was time... the barrier test! I knew what was coming and was so excited! The car started to pick up speed, faster, faster, faster... STOP. UGGGGHHH we stopped right before the outdoor section. When the ride started back up our car basically crawled outside and slowly picked up speed till the ride was over... I was sooo upset. So when we went back the next year I couldn't wait to get on and ride the whole ride straight through. Needless to say, the ride stopped again halfway through. So the 3rd trip back I wasn't feeling too confident of getting a full ride, but alas, the ride started, and didn't stop till it was over. I finally got the full Test Track experience . And it only took 3 trips and 3 years to do it, haha

Excuse me? Are you lookin' at me? Did you rub my lamp? Did you wake me up? Did you bring me here? And all of a sudden you're walking out on me? I don't think so, not right now. You're getting your wishes, so sit down!

Our last trip in September, we got stuck at the top of Everest, where the track is "broken" for 20 minutes, on a 90 degree day! After about 20 minutes of waiting for the ride to start and go backwards, cast members came up and unhooked the restraints and we had to climb down the stairs inside the ride! It was incredibly hot and when we got to the end, they gave us warm bottles of water and Fastpasses to go on again. I can assure you we did not want to go on again right away and gave our fastpasses away. Same trip, got stuck on Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Monorail, Test Track, Toy Story Midway Mania and Small World. Made for a very frustrating trip, and at the time I decided I did not want to go back anytime soon...but am now planning a return trip. I guess it's kinda like childbirth? You forget all the bad stuff and think of all the great memories!!

We got stuck on Pirates of the Caribbean under Davy Jones' waterfall for 25-30 minutes. The biggest CM they had came out wearing bright orange waders, jumped in and pushed us back to the loading dock.

Got Fast Passes for anytime for our whole group, even those who weren't even on the ride.

Okay now one last thing. How do they evacuate you exactly? Do YOU go off and take a path off the ride? Or what? Thx

The ride has broken down on us for TTA and HM. For the HM, it was down for quite a while. I want to say over 20 minutes. We were stuck in that new stair room. We just kept watching the footsteps......

We were stuck on the skyway from Tomorrowland to Fantasyland years ago. It was only about 5 minutes, but it sure seemed longer!

I FINALLY talked DD 6yo into riding TT last week. Our on-board computer screen did not work and we got stuck in the tunnel where its pitch black. We set there for several minutes and no lights or even sound - nothing saying the ride was temporarily stopped or anything. It was all I could do to keep her from freaking out!

My very first trip to WDW, and my very first ride on POTC, we got stuck near the very end of the ride, where we could see the unloading dock, but where right next to the leaking barrel, for about twenty minutes. Needless to say everyone was beating a path to the restroom when we got off.

Never had to evac, and never been stuck more than twenty minutes, but the worst "stuck" I ever had was on the side of EE, right before the train goes over the mountain. Right at the part where you look one way and you see the Taj Mahal, and the other way you see the North Pole, cause you up so high. We were there for about two minutes but it seemed like two hours.

I have been stuck on many rides, but the most memorable was The Great Movie Ride. The ride broke down right in the Aliens scene. We couldn't tell the real audio alert that the ride had broken down from the fake audio for the Alien stuff.
We eventually caught on and all had to get off, an walk back through the 1st half on the ride, on foot. Not only did I have to walk past a drooling alien, but we had to walk through the 'ol west shootout' during the gunfight scene. I know they use blanks and smoke for the effect, but it was kind of terrifying! I felt like I was in a warzone :P

Haunted Mansion was shut down for just about 5 minutes. I was about to board when three (security??) people approached a man already sitting in a doom buggy, asked his to get up and they escorted him away from the ride. It was tense-- I think the guy was up to no good.
