    Default Rent a Car?

    Hi
How late do the rent a car booths stay open in DW? I thinking of picking up the rental at about 10-10:30pm if possible. Anyone know where their located at? Will my resort be able to help? I'm staying at CRB.

    Thanks!

There's a car rental spot at the Car Care Center. They will shuttle you to and from your resort as needed but I'm not sure how late they stay open.

There is also a car rental spot at either the Swan or Dolphin (I forget which but they are right next to each other). I know they do not stay open late as we were considering renting a car from there but the operating hours were an issue for us.

Are you planning to rent for the length of your stay or just for a day or two?

    Just checked.

Car Care Center is open 6-8 daily and 6-6 on weekends.

    Dolphin is open 8-4 daily.

Unless you are planning on leaving Disney property you really don't need to rent a car, just use Disney transportation.

I always rent from Avis, and they are open 24hrs at MCO. Whenever your plane lands there is someone there. Have fun!

That's the three letter designation for Orlando International Airport just like Kahului is OGG.

During the last couple of years, car rental prices in Orlando have gone sky high. My best advice to you is to use Hotwire as they have some decent deals. If you just use the normal travel or car websites you will pay a fortune.

This is very true. I"ve considered renting a car for my last couple of trips and have quickly changed my mind after looking at rental rates! Ouch! It shouldn't be too bad to just rent for a day or two though.

Well, if you want to be able to get around Disney on your own terms, get from resort to resort and have the freedome of movement, rent a car for your whole stay. We never rely on Disney Transportation when we go. We always rent a car.

The last thing I want after a long day at the park is to sit on a bus with the great unwashed. I want to get into my "car", turn on the radio, and ride to our destination with just my family.
