    Default Vancouver, BC Canada

    Hi all,

Hopefully someone on here can help me. I will be in the NW corner of Washington state in about 2 weeks and will have the late afternoon and evenings free. I could be in Vancouver by about 4pm-- is it worth my time, and if so what 1-2 things should I try and see? I do have my passport so that's a non-issue. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've never been to Vancouver but I would love to go! And for one main reason...JapaDog! After I saw Anthony Bourdain have one from a hot dog stand in downtown Vancouver I wanted to jump on a plane and go there! One day.

I'd recommend checking it out, if you've never been. Victoria is really beautiful. In Vancouver--you could check out Granville Island (public market) and Stanley Park. We ate dinner at a GREAT Indian restaurant--Vij's.
