    Default Magical Express concern

Our vacation is in 24 days and the online reservation (which i updated tonight, just in case) still says we haven't selected ground transportation and to contact our original travel agent if we wish to use Magical Express. Should I be worried? We used Magical Journeys (which we love) to book our trip and I contacted our agent there, as well as completed the form on their website for ME, several weeks ago. Should Disney have updated this on their site by now? I was hoping to get our ME pack in the next week or two, now I'm not sure we'll even get them in time.

    Default Magical Express

I would call Disneys Magical express direct as I have in the past to assure that they have all of your info

Our trip is in 8 days and the reservation said the same thing online. I double checked with the travel agent and she assured me that she had updated the flight information.

Sure enough, we did get our Magical Express information a couple of weeks ago and the reservation online still doesn't reflect ground transportation.

When Magical Express information is given to Disney, they just pass it on to Magical Express, which is in a different system. Your agent can also contact Magical Express directly and give it to them. This way we can request that Magical Express send the luggage tags directly to you, instead of to our agency. They just don't always communicate with Disney, so it still shows up on Disney's system as "no flight information." I would contact your agent and double check and I am sure she will make sure that Magical Express has your flight information.

Thanks everyone! I contacted Kathy at MJ who triple-checked everything (as she always does for me....I'm such a pain lol), and we're all set. In fact, the DME packet arrived today...yay!!!! 19 days....now I can focus on worrying about what to pack!

Glad to hear it got cleared up! Assuming it's the same Kathy that helped me with my DME issues last year, she's the best!!!!

I agree with having Kathy to clear up ME issues! When I flew in last January, the tags were not sent to me until the day of because apparently ME uses a third party now to print the luggage tags? It was very strange. I didn't actually get the tags until the day before I was supposed to leave.

Since Day One of DME back in 2005, Disney has used a subcontractor to print and mail out the DME tags and packets and such.
