when is the food and wine festival and is there an extra charge besides park admission?

The F&WF begins on 9/30 and ends on 11/13. There is no charge (except admission to Epcot). We look forward to it every year!

It depends on what you want to do. There are charges for a variety of things associated with the festival. For example, you might need to pay about $15 / person to attend a culinary demonstration. The Party for the Senses or the Dessert gathering can be more than $60 per person. You can wander around the individual kiosks but it will cost you to partake of the food being offered at those kiosks.
