Question Best Quick Service Dining options

Hey all, just booked our 2012 trip to WDW a couple days ago and we will be there for a week during the beginning of May. We again booked MYW package with resort, park tickets and for the first time the quick service dining plan. We have eaten at many quick service restaurants over our trips to WDW but wanted to post and get some opinions on which ones were the best options to dine at using the quick plan (to get the best value for it). On the trip will be my father and myself (both adults), neither of whom are picky eaters and open to pretty much all types of fare. Any advice/info is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Flame tree BBQ at Animal Kingdom is great.

Pecos Bills at MK is also good, and Cosmic Rays, which is big and always crowded, has a wide variety of choices. Their grilled chicken salads (and others) are big enough for DW and I to share. Our favorite at MK is Columbia Harbor House though.

We like the ABC Commissary at DHS. they have some different things on their menu like Chicken Yakitori and tabouleh wraps. And it never seems real crowded.

Earl of Sandwich at DTD is GREAT!

At Epcot our favorites are Yorkshire County Fish Shop (UK) Tangierine Cafe (Morocco) and Cantina de San Angel (Mexico) all are very good.

EPCOT- Sunshine Seasons, The QS place in Japan, and Morocco (greek! Yum)
    HS- ABC Commisary :

Hope you enjoy your trip! Eating there is almost 1/8th the fun lol
Oh yeah, Wolfgang Puck in DTD is by far the best

We love many of the quick service dining locations. Some of our favorites are:

MK--Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe
EPCOT--Tangierine Cafe, Yorkshire Country Fish Shop, La Cantina de San Angel, Sunshine Seasons Food Fair
DHS--Backlot Express, Starring Rolls Bakery (great sandwiches)
AK--Yak & Yeti, Flame Tree Barbecue

Outside of the parks, we love Earl of Sandwich for quick service at DTD. We have never tried it but Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian has a very impressive sounding menu for a quick service location including lobster mac & cheese. Hope that helps!

We have done the QS plan many times and love it!
Not sure what resort you are staying at, but several of them have great food courts! POR is our favorite resort QS. They have a really great pasta station.
At DTD, we love Earle of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck's QS. Earle has some amazing sandwiches and always has some interesting special sandwich.
    At the parks:
MK - Cosmic Rays (try the ribs/chicken combo)
Pecos Bills has a great topping bar for burgers

Epcot - ANY of the countries QS are amazing! We really like UK, Morocco, Mexico, Japan and Italy
Also in Epcot, we really like Sunshine Seasons in The Land.

Studios - You can find some decent items at the Backlot Express or a walk-up place like Toluca Legs or the Studio Catering Company. Pizza Planet is also decent.

    AK - defintely FlameTree BBQ

hmmmm, now I'm hungry! Hope this helps!!

Wow!!! Thanks again everyone for all the dining info. It looks like Flame Tree, Yorkshire Country Fish Shop, Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bills, Wolfgang Puck Express, Sunshine Seasons, Earl of Sandwich and some World Showcase selections are all high on everyone's list. We have been to them before and have to agree with everyone and will certainly be heading back to eat there again this trip.

One other question I had was about Pepper Market at CSR. We have eaten there before but its been a number of trips ago now that we have gone without eating there. Has anyone been recently or have any favorite entrees and/or desserts there to recommend?

Is there a menu online anywhere for the Gasparilla Grill? I agree, it does sound pretty good based on your description. Thanks!!

EP - Sunshine Seasons, favorite in any park
MK - Pecos Bills, good food and cool theming
AK - Restaurantasaurus, love the theming. Heard good things about Flame Tree but have never tried it.
DHS - Starring Rolls, limited but good good food

I was also pleasantly surprised last trip with the AS Sports food court. Had a great variety and surprisingly good food.

I agree with all the picks above and we also like Pinnochio's pizza. (I think that's the name) and the electric umbrella.

And if you have time and are at MK or Epcot, hop on the monorail and check out some of the CS offerings at Grand Floridian, Poly and Contemporary. They have some awesome choices and you can get out of the parks for a bit if you'd like.

"It's snowing still," said Eeyore gloomily.
    "So it is."
    "And freezing."
    "Is it?"
"Yes," said Eeyore. "However," he said, brightening up a little, "we haven't had an earthquake lately."

Thanks for the tip on those CS restaurants. I've been looking around outside of what the parks have to offer and will check out the menus for them.
