Default Best ADULT Beverage & where you had it?

I've not come across any thread on this topic and would like to hear from my fellow Intercotee's (please be over 21 if replying ) what is your favorite "Adult" beverage, mixed or otherwise at WDW, where did you have this libation and if it was a cocktail what was in it? On our upcoming trip as with ever trip we (the DW & I) have a parent's night out and would like to possibly try a new location(s) and or beverage. I appreciate your insight in advance!!!

We like the Lapu Lapu at the poly

2 parts Myers's Dark Rum, 2 parts pineapple juice, 3 parts OJ, 1 part sweet and sour mix, topped with 1 part Bacardi 151 rum floated on the top and served in a pineapple.

Our next favorite is the Backscratcher, also serverd at the poly and comes with an actual bamboo backscratcher.

1 part Bacardi Superior rum, 1 part Myers's Original Dark rum, 5 parts guava passion fruit juice mix, float a shot of Jack Daniels on top.

The Lapu Lapu experience was worth the $$$ but it went down to quickly....strangely enough, a simple scotch and soda at a window table at the Cali Grill was memorable but that was also a rare night out without the kids....

This guy sounds like he knows what he is talking about. How many years of research were involved in compiling this list?

I always get the Lapu Lapu and my husband gets the Backscratcher.

I also love the Grey Goose slush in France, and Fiesta margaritas from the stand in Mexico.

My all time favorite beverage in the world is a nice big stein at beirgarten (the lighter beer, can't remember what it's called) but I get it every time. I would not miss this place for that reason alone. It's my own personal must do.

We must be from the same gene pool. Going to the beirgarten is a must do every trip! I think the DW gets a little tired of it though. She's not as enthusiastic as I am for all those wonderful bavarian specialties and those great unfiltered weiss biers

On our last trip, I had a (well two, actually) Mango Gingerita in China. I'm not sure exactly what was in it (other than mango and ginger, obviously), but it was delicious - the mango made it sweet and tangy, but the ginger gave it a little spicy kick.

Edited to add: I looked it up and apparently it has rum and vodka.

I am making a list for our next trip! I'm not a big drinker so I tend to stick with the things I know I'll like. So glad to have recommendations.
