Alaska Airlines

Anyone ever use Alaska Airlines? What was your experience(s) like? Good?? Bad??

Alaska is based in Seattle, where I live and I fly recreationally quite a bit. Also, they've got the only direct from Seattle to MCO, so that means someting to me. I have taken the direct from SEA to BOS two times.

I also use Delta, US Air, Southwest fairly often and I always prefer to fly Alaska. The service is pretty good, the prices are usually competitive and they respond well to customer concerns. Yeah, I have had an issue or two, but they have always made things right.

Thanks. We ended up booking with another airline. I kept reading really bad on-line reviews and it really made me skittish about using them!!
