Wine or Beer in Courtyards?

Something we never thought of before and really never had a reason to do was hang out and have a few drinks. This trip we have some friends going with us and we thought it would be neat to take a bottle or two of wine and sit around the beach, or in the giant lobby of WL in front of the fireplace. Is this possible or would they say no? Has anyone ever had this experience?

idk if they would. i have put some drinks in a refillable mug and walked around that way.

Every chance we get we enjoy a bottle of wine and zebra domes while sitting at the fireplace at AKL. We have relaxed in front of the fireplace at WL with a glass of wine and have picniced on the beach with wine also so I guess the answer is a big yes
