Ellen is correct on the locations for 2012. If you are planning a trip for 2013 the list for DTD currently is only:
Counter Service - FoodQuest and Marketplace Snacks
Table Service - Cap'n Jack's Restaurant
This is not uncommon at this time of year because the contract with Disney for the various other locations don't get signed for the upcoming year until December. In years past the complete list has been released about mid-Dec. More than likely if a restaurant is on the current list it will continue to be on the next one.
