Expedition Everest Challenge Early registration for AP holders now open

Early registration opportunity! Passholders can now register for the Expedition Everest Challenge, 3 days before it opens to the general public!

Registration Information:
**Dates, times and prices subject to change. All races are subject to capacity limits and may close at anytime.**
Individual Registration Fees:
$110.00 on or before January 29, 2013
$120.00 between January 30, 2013 – March 20, 2013
$130.00 on or after March 21, 2013
Team Registration Fees:
$220.00 on or before January 29, 2013
$240.00 between January 30, 2013 – March 20, 2013
$260.00 on or after March 21, 2013
runDisney Kids Races Registation Fee:
$20.00 per person
Family Edition Registration Fees:
$35.00 per person (Minimum of a 2 Person Team)
Eligibility:
Participants for Expedition Everest Challenge must be 9 years of age or older. Kids 13 and under must be teamed with an adult.
Children 4 - 10 can participate in runDisney Kids Races. Distances are determined by age group.
Participants for the Family Edition must be 4 years of age or older and include at least (1) individual age 18 or over.
Pacing Requirement:
There will be a 16 minute per mile pacing requirement for the 5K adventure run portion of the race.

Anyone not able to maintain the respective paces may be picked up and transported to the finish. You may be picked up at any point along the course for not maintaining pace.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable. The transfer deadline to/from a team or individual registration is April 5, 2013. No exceptions will be made.
Safety Reminder:
For the safety of all participants, baby joggers, strollers, baby carriers, baby backpacks, inline skates, motorized scooters, bicycles, skateboards, canes, crutches, walking sticks, walkers, and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course. If you are seen in violation of one of these you will be removed from the course and transported to the finish line area.
Headphones are discouraged due to audio messages that are placed throughout the course to ensure your safety.
*Commemorative Items:
2013 Expedition Everest Challenge Pin can be purchased during registration.

$14.93 per pin (price includes tax), Limit 2 pins per registration.
*Pre-Race Picnic:
Pre-Race Picnic can be purchased during registration.

$18.00 per person (price includes tax)
*Post-Race Party Tickets:
Post-Race Party Tickets can be purchased during registration.

Adult Tickets (Age 10 and up)
$49.00 on or before March 20, 2013
$59.00 on or after March 21, 2013

Child Ticket (Ages 3 - 9)
$25.00 on or before March 20, 2013
$30.00 on or after March 21, 2013

(Children under 3 - Ticket not required)
More Magic Items Pick Up:
*Commemorative Items, Pre-Race Picnic and Post-Race Party will ONLY be distributed at Packet Pick-Up. Items not picked up at Packet Pick-Up will not be mailed and will not be refunded. Quantities are limited.

thanks for posting this! This is one of the races that I would LOVE to experience. But it appears it will be at least 2014 before I can run another one... oh well!
