I don't know much about Doctor Who but I know it's written by the guys who created Sherlock, so I'm sure I'd really like it. I just don't know where to start. I saw Netflix has the classic Doctor Who episodes. I guess starting at the very beginning would make the new episodes make more sense.

If you are starting to watch, I would recommend starting with the Ninth Doctor Episodes (2005). They do a good job of orienting the audience in this season because the show had been off the air for a little while. If you like Sherlock, Dr. Who would be up your alley :-)

I agree with Kairi. Start with the New Doctor episodes. Personally, I love the old episodes but they are honestly very very campy.

Thanks for the tips! I'll check it out. I saw a few minutes of a very old episode on BBC America and it was so campy I had to laugh. Honestly, I like camp.
