Default ASM to AKL for Dinner

We are staying at ASM and eating at Sanaa on our upcoming trip. We are flying and will not have a car. What do you think is the best way to get to the AKL using Disney transportation? I'm thinking, take a bus to the AK and then get on the AKL bus there.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
    Hit it.

That is the basic idea. Take your hotel bus to a stop and hop on the bus to you destination hotel. Animal Kingdom closes earlier than other parks so you'll have to check the times and make sure AK isn't closed.

While AK is cerainly the closest to the AKL, you can actually take a Disney bus to any of the theme parks to change buses for transportation to/from AKL.

Enjoy Sanaa - well worth the trip!

I'm really looking forward to Sanaa, this will be my first time. Don't we have to get off the bus at a different stop for Sanaa?

As someone mentioned earlier, the only wrench in the that plan is AK's earlier closing times. You might be well served to use another park, or to use DTD.

Or simply jump on the first park bus that shows up and then make the transfer at that park.

I don't know the size of the group you are traveling with but a taxi might be a solution. We have taken the a taxi from Port Orleans Riverside and the cost was around $10. ASM to AKL is much, much closer so shouldn't even be that much. If your group is large they can get vans for you. If you are going to Sanaa for dinner remember it is in the Kadani Village section. If you are taking the Disney bus system or a taxi, for that manner, don't go to Jambo House by mistake as the distance between the 2 is fairly large.

Yes. I don't know the order in which they stop, but distance-wise, it's the 2nd one.

You'll need to get off at Kidani Village for Sanaa.

Do not take a dtd bus. they are notoriously slow. Do ak unless its after closing time, use blizzard beach/epcot or ds if its late.

If the AK closes at 6:00, what time will they stop running busses from ASM to the park?
