Is the error message at the very end after you finish everything?
I had that problem with both of my reservations and I tried Chrome, Firefox and IE, but when I went back in I got a message that a previous party member had already checked in. If I tried to redo it, I still got a an error message. When we checked in on Thursday the hotel did have us as doing online check in.
