 Miyuki leaving Epcot
I've now heard/seen two separate sources stating that Miyuki will be leaving Epcot in late November.
I know we will miss her for sure as we always make time to watch her create some very cool stuff.
Our friends/family all enjoy watching our video from last year of her making a lion as requested by my wife. They all say they're disappointed they always miss her but will make time on their next trip. Looks like that won't be happening now.

Aww...so sad. Ever since seeing her first way back in 2002, when our family wants to indicate something is really great/exceptional we sometimes invoke her by calling it "Sweet, sweet taffy candy" (seemingly the only expression she knew at the time).

My guess is that she's leaving on her own if this is true. I heard a while back that she has had severe eyesight problems for the past several years.

We are planning a last minute trip over Columbus weekend.....we better make sure spew see her then! My DS #1 is going to be super sad.....he waits for her every trip 45 minutes before her show so he can request an animal! He even told her last trip it was fen she didn't handout her art any longer and gives them to kids with cancer which made him feel good she made their day!

Definitely sad news! We love Miyuki. Although, our last few trips we never seemed to get to her. My oldest two children have very fond memories of her. We have several videos of her at work, and pictures of her creations (when you actually got to keep them). I guess my little ones will never get to see her.
