All Star Vacation Homes- ???

Okay, so for the first time ever, we are considering staying off-property. I'll spare you the long paragraph of reasons why (that I typed and then deleted).
So, I've been checking out All Star Vacation Homes, and DH and I really like what we see. My question is this- do rates stay the same, or would we get a better deal by making reservations further out, or closer to our vacation? I already saw the Intercot discount, and that's great. But we wanted to make sure if there was a better time to book the house than another.

As far as I know, prices stay pretty much the same. If you book super-last minute, you might be able to ask/be offered a further deal or discount, but generally the prices are already quite good and they don't tend to go "on sale".

Where is the discount for intercot members? We are booking off site for October and would love to have a little bit of a discount!

You can take a look at VRBO and check homes at Windsor Hills and Reunion. They may be cheaper.

It is cheaper to rent from the owners themselves from a place like VRBO or homeaway.

We rented a condo in Windsor Hills and were very happy with it. For the condos without their own pool you can expect to pay between $75 and $200 per night depending on the time of year. We paid $70/night in early October.

Windsor Hills is really close to the Magic Kingdom, closer in fact than some of the WDW resorts themselves.
