Pork shank at Gaston's Tavern

We are looking forward to going to Gaston's Tavern and trying the pork shank. Has anyone out there tried it and what did you think? Is it better than a turkey leg?

We like it a little better than the turkey leg. Ours was very juicy and seasoned just right. yum!

We tried it while we were there in November and it was yummy! It was also huge! Me and my kids (14 and 11) shared it.

....wonder if it's the same pork shank that is / was on the menu at POP? I was able to sample that once ...and it was pretty big ...and tasty too.
