Disneyland Fall Fun - Who's In?

So have any plans been made yet, any meets or dinners? What day are we doing the tour, the Halloween party? Are we also still going to see Kirk and the Hillbillies? Just want to start getting a game plan together.

If we were planning on doing Mickey's Halloween Party as a group, the dates have been announced and the tickets can be purchased as early as 07/16. So we should probably give this some attention soon.

Hi everyone! Sorry - I've been a very bad ICOT devotee! Been off the boards for some time! I vote for the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour on Thursday and the Halloween Party on Friday! This also would constitute votes for Maria K and Fannie Gaw the others that are accompanying me from Missouri. But whatever you all decide we will go with the flow! Any word on how we will be ordering the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour to ensure we get one big ICOT group to be able to go on the same tour?

Sorry guys - I've been at WDW and have had a hard time getting back into things. We were thinking more about Wednesday (22nd) for the Halloween party - if only to avoid bigger crowds/locals? Also, that's a way for us all to see each other at the beginning of the trip.

We're also going to plan a House of Blues (for the dancers)/Trader Sam's (for the non-dancers) night and a few ride throughs of uniquely Disneyland attractions. And many of you are getting together for the awesome Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps Tour.

Please remember though, we're going about this just like we would any of our Disneyland trips - very informal and laid back. We won't be planning days like we would for an ICOT anniversary meet, etc. It will be a fun, relaxed trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Wednessday sounds good to me, I was thinking there might be more locals/crowds on Friday as well.

I'd be interested. This is actually one of a few Disneyland expereinces I haven't done yet.

Wednesday for the Halloween Party sounds good for the Missouri gals and Thursday for the Tour sounds great to us too! If someone can just send out a final on the dates we have chosen for a group, so we can all get busy and purchase our tickets, that would be terrific! Can we designate Melanie to send that out so we know for sure what has been decided? I'm anxious to purchase my tickets and lock it in. As for the tour, are we all just making our own reservations for that as well? It would be the one that leaves at 9:00 or something like that in the morning right?

Mel, the updates to BTMR are amazing! The ride is so smooth and no more slipping on the lifts. There is also a cool surprise in the blast tunnel lift. So cool!

Also, Alice in Wonderland has a cool update.
