Default Best counter service in the four parks?

I tried searching for this but didn't come up with much. Heading to WDW for four full days in November (2 adults no kids woohoo!) and haven't been there since 2008 so I know there have been some changes. We mostly will be eating in table service restaurants for dinner but most of our lunches will be counter service.

Does anyone have some recommendations for good, solid counter service in the four parks? Thanks!

    Marc

Best is a stretch since most have similar menus. Anywhere with ample indoor space. We still like Pinocchio's in MK where you can people watch at Small World. Haven't hit Be Our Guest yet, maybe next trip. That is certainly one to hit if you can.

    Our favorites:

MK - Columbia Harbor House - love their fried shrimp and lobster roll. (Haven't tried BOG yet)

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons - lots of choices here

DHS - ABC Commissary - Gets bad reviews here, but honestly, we've had great meals here for years.

AK - Flametree BBQ - great food and love to sit all the way down by the lake. Very peaceful.

If I can be so bold……

For adults only I would consider some places that are not technically table or counter.

    (tounter? cable?)

AK- eat at the bar in Yak and Yeti
DHS- eat at the bar in Tune in lounge.
Epcot- Tutto Gusto for wine and apps or
    Sommerfest beer and brats
eat at the bar at Rose and Crown

MK- (sorta spoils the theme of this post but…) Columbia harbor house.

    Cheers!

    Magic Kingdom:
Columbia Harbour House - fried chicken/fish, sandwiches, salads
Cosmic Ray's- great variety, something for everyone
Pecos Bill Cafe - burgers, sandwiches, salads
Casey's - can't resist a hot dog now and then
Sleepy Hollow Stand- waffle sandwiches and baked potatoes/sweet potatoes

    Epcot:
    Future World:
Sunshine Seasons - great variety, good food
    World Showcase:
    Tangierine Cafe, Morocco
    Katsuru Grill, Japan

    Disney's Hollywood Studios:
None to recommend. Not that I would avoid any, just not any standouts

    AK:
    Flametree BBQ

Don't forget the resorts and Downtown Disney! Some great counter service options all around.

This. Good advice. I would add the Spice Road Table in Morocco. Cava del Tequila in Mexico. Hollywood Brown Derby Porch (small bites and a great drink menu) in DHS.

We like Harbor House, Pecos, Pizzafari and Back Lot. The new items at Liberty Inn look really good.

MK - gotta be Cosmic Ray's, unless you get there after 11:30 and then we go to the Contemporary. No line at all.

Studios - we either go back to our resort or to AK.

AK - Flametree for most of us, cuz of the BBQ and the seating altho some in our family go to Yak & Yeti counter service and meet to eat at Flametree's seating.

    Epcot - Sunshine Seasons.

MK - Columbia Harbor House, love the tuna sandwich and the lobster roll and I'm not a huge fish fan.
Pecos Bill's, the pulled pork sandwich.
Casey's, after reading many glowing reviews and as a hot dog lover I just had to try it, just a hot dog IMO.

Epcot - Katsura Grill, has become a favorite, love the food and eating in the garden is wonderful.
Tangierine Café, huge platters of very tasty food, we always share a meal here.
La Cantina de San Angel, have always enjoyed a Mexican food fix here, only disappointment are the desserts.

DHS - Pizza Planet, get a Ceasar salad and then have the Cappuccino cupcake which is really the point of eating here for us.

AK - Pizzafari, love the colorfully painted walls and really like the Italian sandwich.
Flametree BBQ, I am probably the only person who does not like this place, fattiest ribs I have ever been served.

DTD - Earl of Sandwich, great selection of very good sandwiches at very reasonable prices.
Wolfgang Puck at the Marketplace, saved my most favorite counter service in all of Disney World for last, of all the Wolfie locations in DTD this is still the only one that is owned by the actual Wolfgang Puck company and it shows.

At AK I really like Tamu Tamu in the Africa section. The selection is limited but when my sisters and I went there in November we all really enjoyed what we got. Seating is limited and we ended up sitting at the Dawa Bar. The fact that AK doesn't provide lids for sodas makes it difficult to travel a distance to get a table but Dawa is close enough that it doesn't seem like a guarantee to lose your drink.

    MK = Tortuga, Casey's Corner

EC = Yorkshire Fish Shoppe, Sunshine Seasons

There are more I love, but those are my favorite two from each park.
