So just curious, if you have a one day ticket to MK and can't get in, do you get a refund of the difference since MK costs more than the other parks?

So this is why John barricades himself in his room with a pile of churros on NYE...

Would those be the legendary Cherry Churros? Or does it really matter on NYE?

Probably not. However, guests can use that one-day MK ticket at any of the other parks and then return to MK later (after admission restrictions have been lifted) and enter MK using the same ticket.

We just left. The wait for Space Mountain was 250 minutes earlier! We hit our 3 FastPasses for the day and hauled it out of there. Mine Train was our last. Yay!!!

As of 1:40 pm Magic Kingdom is at Phase B status. The main difference between Phase A and Phase B is that guests with park hopper tickets arriving from another park will no longer be admitted.

    Still admitted:
Disney resort guests arriving on Disney transportation
    AP holders
Guests with dining and/or FP+ ressies at MK

Also, animal Kingdom park hours have been extended until 10:00 pm tomorrow, January 1 (unheard of for AK).

What other times of the year does this come into play? What about the weeks of Spring Break? We're going during the week of March 30 this year. That two week window and the week of Christmas are the only Premier Season rates for DVC.

Sometimes during spring break is pretty bad. Easter is nearly always bad and the day of July 4th. I will never step foot in Magic Kingdom on July 4th again.
