Liberty Travel

We are looking at a Spring trip to Disneyland, with multiple airports coming back so we can do some other things. We have been in touch with Liberty Travel. Anyone have experience (good, bad, or otherwise) with them that you would like to share?

We've used them a few times over the years and they have been adequate but don't pay much attention to you once you've booked your trip and they have your money. For one trip to Hawaii, I had to monitor our reservations, and, when our room rentals decreased in price (which they did on more than one occasion), I had to leave multiple messages before they got around to rebooking us with the new, lower rates. They certainly are not Magical Journeys!!

On the other hand, they were helpful when our pre-paid room (for a Hawaii trip) was accidently canceled prior to our arrival. (We were slated for a stay in a one-bedroom which was no longer available. We were put into another one-bedroom for our first evening which would also not be available for the remainder of our trip and then spent the rest of our vacation in a lovely, two-bedroom unit.)
