Extra night at resort at front end of trip?

Hi all,

There's a chance that we will need to go to WDW a night (or two) early. We will be staying with relatives in Tampa but may need to leave their house early due to family issues.

We have two nights at POR booked for Sun-Mon nights. What are the chances of us getting a room on Sat night if we call a day or two before? Should I call central booking or the resort itself? And what are the chances that we will be able to stay in one hotel room for the entire stay, instead of being moved around?

Hard to say. It will partly depend on when you are planning to visit and how busy Disney will be at that time. I would guess they would always have a room available somewhere on property but it might not be in the resort you want or at a price point you want to pay.
