I highly recommend calling to get a reservation. Last trip we called and were able to get some for the next day. I was glad we did because when we got there, there were a lot of people trying to do walk-in and they had a long wait.

If you are going to do walk-in, I'd try at park opening. Our reservations were one at park opening at 9am and two at 9:30am. Others hadn't shown yet so they took our 9am and one 9:30am right away and the next 9:30 was in around 9:15.
