    Question Costa Rica, Aruba, Tortola??

Does anyone have any insight from experience on these destinations? These places capture our interest as a honeymoon destination for Sep2017. Looking for all inclusive, with airfare...........max $5000. Thanks in advance. Other advice for lovely places would be great too!!

Really like Costa Rica (cruise stop) and vowed to go back at some point. Not a typical island stop (maybe because it's not an island). Excursions were pretty diverse and if I recall, but in many cases, significant travel time).

Aruba, beautiful and could easily see spending a significant length of time there. I think it's a desert island rather than a tropical island. If that matters.

    Never been to Tortola, sorry...

I love the British Virgin Islands! But i don't think you will find an all inclusive. There are a wide range of accommodations. From 80/ night up. Food is expensive...it is an island. Activities have to do with being in or on the water. Jost Van Dyke has the Soggy Dollar Bar and Virgin Gorda has the Baths. Both are great day trips.
The Virgin Islands in general are spectacular. Some of my favorite views in the world!
