Default Cheap secluded beachside trip near Disney

My fiancé and I will be spending a week of our Honeymoon at Disney World, and we're looking for a somewhat affordable secluded beachside area not too far from Disney, to wind down for a couple days before heading home. Any suggestions?

I am wondering what you consider close - we love Sanibel/Captiva Islands but it is a 3 hour drive. We absolutely love it there and while it has grown there are still many quiet areas to be found.

As a native Floridian, we keep this info close to the chest. Otherwise, it'd be neither cheap nor secluded.

On a serious note, I think those two qualifiers exclude each other. If you happen to come across a spot, I hope it rounds out your honeymoon wonderfully.

I think all of the places that were cheap and secluded in Florida became extinct 30 years ago.

I know of some pretty secluded beach areas in Florida that are affordable (free or small admission fee). Unfortunately, they are are all undeveloped, so not hotels or condos to stay in. That's why they are still secluded. To find a secluded beach with accommodations, you'll have to pay a lot of $$$$$.

Your best bet honestly is Probably Vero Beach

Only an hour from Disney plus they have a Disney beach resort if you are interested
