    Default Planning WAY out

How far in advance can you generally book at WDW? Starting to think about our DD's sweet 16 (spring 2019) and wanting to jump on it as soon as we can. Will probably want to know when "go time" would be. Thanks!

You can book a Room ONLY reservation at 499 days from arrival. You will be charged for one night at current rates for that time period. Just remember Magical Journeys when you are ready.

For tickets, you can purchase them at any time. They are good until 14 days after first use (to enter a park.)

Of course, you cannot book meals or FP+ options until your window opens, but you can start planning what you want to see and do.

Effective with the Feb price increase all tickets now have an expiration date, tickets purchased today have a 12/31/18 expiration. If you're in 2019 you most likely would need to wait until 2018 to buy your tickets.

Lately, most of the better promotional offers require a ticket purchase with the room (package)
