PhanTim3 Issues
So, I ahve had Phantim3 downloaded for some time now.... Tried to run the program today to add my vacation information, and Norton's removed the program saying it was unsafe... Never had that happen before... Tried to download it again... same thing...
Same thing happens when I try to run Disneytime as well...
John, any idea what's going on? I had McAfee before, and it ran fine...

Ugh. Norton. Not a fan. That aside... just downloaded and ran here. Added a date and it's running fine. My guess is that it's an unsigned DLL file or something similar. The folks who built that app did so a long time ago and stopped making it. My guess is they never pictured it running in 2017 - but it does and does so pretty well.
It's most likely a Norton thing. Windows Defender doesn't have any issue running it either.

It is a Norton thing. I despise Norton, I have tried it twice during free trials on new computers and fought with it trying to get programs/apps to play well. I am running PhanTim3 with no problems with Windows Defender on Windows 10.
I don't have Norton on anything to look around and try it but you should be able to whitelist the program in Norton under the Application Blocking settings to allow it to install and run. Just google "how to whitelist a program in Norton" and you should be able to find plenty of information.

Thank you... I had a feeling it was a Norton issue, especially since I never had an issue before... I'll check into Nortons and try to fix it... Thank you again!
