Okay, was kinda excited to try this, but I've seen some very quelling reviews - and I'm not sure if that was people there for lunch or dinner. From those who have been there, what is your honest opinion? We were going to do dinner because we like to sit down and be served - is this place worth it? For either dinner or their weird quick service lunch style? If not we'd likely leave the park and go to Poly or Grand Flo for a nice sit down.

We have had lunch there twice. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. They bring the food you order right to your table

I love Be Our Guest! We have eaten lunch and supper there. Both were different experiences. Lunch was obviously more casual. For lunch you order from computers and magically they deliver the food to your table - I still don't know how they do this! For supper you have a server. The rooms are beautiful! We sat in the main ballroom both times, but the other two rooms are fantastic. We had great service and the food was delicious. You should definitely try it out, I think you'll really enjoy it.

If you've never been, it is worth a visit for lunch. The food is decent, and the atmosphere is great. It is nice that you get "served" at lunch too - in that once you order, they bring your meal to your table.

I like the dinner at BOG, the lunch I will not be doing again. Price wise for dinner at Disney I didn't feel that BOG was bad and the food yummy. Lunch I felt for what is basically counter service and the quality of the food it was high. It is worth it for getting to see the castle once for sure. Have a good time, then decide if you will be adding this to your "must" list.

BOG in my opinion is the best place to go for dinner in the parks. I usually prefer to venture outside the park for better options though. I highly recommend BOG lunch because it's really relaxed and you can pre-order your food then be seated.

We're "eh" on BOG. We've done dinner there twice and breakfast once. We will not be back for breakfast or lunch. Yes they bring the meal to your table but the whole place is very chaotic while this is going on. The inside gets LOUD. We didn't find that meal relaxing at all and it was $$$ for what you received at breakfast.

Dinner I'm less negative on. The food is fine. Its nothing earth shattering but it isn't bad either. The environment is more controlled at dinner so the noise level is a bit more manageable. The themeing is beautiful so I tend to mark this under the category of do it once but you probably won't be a rush to come back.

If given the option we would choose to head over to one of the resorts to eat for better food and a more relaxing atmosphere.

I have eaten there for lunch and dinner. We have enjoyed both. It can be a little loud inside because the main room is quite big with high ceilings. I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner.

Thanks all! The negative comments I heard were mainly about it being chaotic (probably lunch?) and super loud because of the materials used. But if I was looking for a QUIET dinner, I probably wouldn't be at Disney, LOL I'll stick with my original plan and give it a try for dinner.

We had dinner the first Wednesday in May. We were seated in the very far back of the main room and watched it snow for our entire meal .... seasonal salads, Layered Ratatouille, Sautéed Shrimp and Scallops, Braised Beef, The "Grey Stuff", Triple Chocolate Cupcake and Lemon Meringue Cupcake. The atmosphere, service and food were excellent. Will dine there again.....

Ate there a few years ago for dinner. Nothing to write home about. We are going to give it another try on our upcoming trip. We'll order something different and hope our server doesn't rush us through dinner this time.

Did a lunch once and liked it better than the dinner. We'll see how it goes on our next trip.
